Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact customers via internal messages, after-sales emails, Facebook, APP, telephone and other channels to provide timely and effective support and services.
- Identify customer issues and demands in a timely manner, respond promptly and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and avoid or eliminate negative impacts.
Job Requirements:
- Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, CET-6 or higher; IELTS/TOEFL certified candidates are preferred, with fluent oral English for telephone communication with customers.
- Sensitive to market and customer information, with good customer service awareness.
