Job Responsibilities:
  1. Understand and be familiar with the company’s and department’s strategic plans, undertake R&D projects, and be accountable for project implementation.
  2. Build and lead the team to form team objectives, and translate objectives into executable and specific strategic plans.
  3. Allocate and integrate corresponding resources, and promote project progress in accordance with established plans.
  4. Analyze and lead team members to reach consensus on defects and change requests during project execution, and ensure implementation.
  5. Collect various data during team project execution, objectively analyze strengths and weaknesses in project implementation, promote continuous project improvement for excellent delivery.
  6. Maintain team atmosphere and boost team morale.
Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major is not limited; science and engineering majors are preferred.
  2. Good communication skills, strong resource integration and execution capabilities, and excellent ability to work under pressure.
