IoT Product Manager (Smart Parking)

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Product planning and strategy: Conduct market research and competitive product analysis, formulate IoT product planning and roadmap according to corporate strategy, and define the long-term development direction of products.
  2. Demand management and analysis: Collect, sort out and analyze internal and external demands, translate them into detailed product requirement documents to ensure the accuracy and integrity of demands.
  3. Product design and development: Lead the design and development of IoT products, cooperate closely with R&D, design and other teams to ensure that product functions, performance and user experience meet expectations.
  4. Project management and promotion: Formulate project plans, coordinate resources, track project progress, timely solve problems and risks in projects to ensure on-time product delivery.
  5. Team management and collaboration: Lead the product team, assign tasks, conduct performance evaluation and team building to improve overall team capability and work efficiency.
  6. Product launch and operation: Formulate product launch plans, coordinate relevant departments for product deployment and promotion, collect user feedback and continuously optimize products.
  7. Market and customer relationship maintenance: Keep an eye on market trends and changes in customer needs, adjust product strategies timely to enhance product market competitiveness and maintain good customer relationships.
Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in computer science, telecommunication, electronics or related fields.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in IoT product management, with successful product cases.
  3. Familiar with IoT technical architecture and related communication protocols such as Zigbee, NB-IoT.
  4. Strong project management and team leadership skills, capable of effectively promoting cross-departmental collaboration.
  5. Keen market insight and demand analysis ability, able to adjust product strategies timely according to market changes.
  6. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, capable of effective communication and collaboration with staff from different departments.
  7. Familiar with the product development process, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
