Pilot Production Engineer

Undertake R&D projects, participate in product debugging and verification, assist in compiling production debugging documents such as product debugging manuals, and ensure a smooth transition from R&D to mass production.
Assist engineers in analyzing and solving problems encountered during product development.
Coordinate with project managers to receive and evaluate pilot production tasks, and be responsible for pilot production progress.
Lead pilot production, pilot-to-mass production review and mass production transfer for various models, and ensure product manufacturability after project transfer.
Compile manufacturability analysis reports, pilot production reports and pilot transfer summary reports.
Track and resolve issues during the product pilot production stage.
Assist production debugging personnel in completing production-related work.

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in electronic information, communication or related information technology fields.
Rigorous working attitude, responsible, proactive, strong coordination and communication skills, and good teamwork spirit.

Thoroughly study and understand corporate strategy, conduct proper telecommunication product management, and be responsible for demand collection and conversion (demand collection, prototype design) of the e-commerce product selection APP.
Demand management: Accurately grasp and deeply understand market and customer needs, and formulate reasonable solutions for user demands together with the business team.
Track product market performance, collect and analyze product data, and implement full life cycle management of products.

Conduct user and product research, and carry out market research based on demand in target countries to provide a decision-making basis for product planning, iterative optimization and formulation of marketing strategies. Formulate product strategies and plans based on market research reports.
Undertake new product requirements and follow up the whole R&D process; deeply understand and take over new product demands for analog repeaters from the American, European and other regional markets, translate them into product requirement documents and accurately convey them to the R&D department.
Cooperate with the R&D department to complete product scheme design, promote project approval and development initiation, and track the whole process to ensure the successful launch of new products in line with customer needs.
Provide support for existing product solutions; undertake market demands from the American, European and other regions, and offer technical solutions and customized application plans for existing analog repeater products.
Be responsible for after-sales technical support and customer complaint handling related to analog repeater products, including the whole process of problem receiving, verification, coordinating internal resources to solve issues, feeding back results to customers and following up on satisfaction.
Undertake other supporting tasks assigned by the product manager.
