Overseas Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities
- Assist sales managers in customer development and maintenance, explore demands of existing customers, find potential clients through various channels, consolidate customer relations, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and maintain stable long-term cooperation.
- Assist in formulating sales plans and strategies to achieve sales performance targets, analyze market trends and competitor information, and help adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collect market data and customer demands to provide effective support for product research & development and market promotion.
- Implement sales plans formulated by sales managers, accomplish sales goals and ensure smooth order delivery.
- Finish other work assigned by leaders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, fluent in spoken English, majored in international trade or related majors, with more than 1 year of overseas sales experience.
- Strong service awareness and execution ability, highly responsible and resilient.
