Job Responsibilities
  1. Thought Recording & Sorting: Fully attend meetings, important talks, strategic seminars and other activities hosted by the chairman. Accurately record the core viewpoints, methodologies, strategic ideas, management philosophies and decision-making directions delivered by the chairman. Sort out standardized written documents such as meeting minutes and thought summaries timely after meetings to ensure complete content, clear logic and faithful presentation of the chairman’s intentions. Continuously update relevant methodologies mentioned in meetings into PPTs and documents, and finally compile them into books.
  2. Document Drafting & Refinement: Draft or assist in drafting speeches, strategic plan drafts, internal promotion materials and other documents in accordance with the chairman’s ideas and instructions. Systematize and organize core viewpoints for easy understanding and internal dissemination.
  3. Thought Filing & Management: Establish and maintain archives of the chairman’s ideas and important remarks, classify and sort them by theme, time and other dimensions for easy inquiry and reference, so as to provide solid support for corporate strategy implementation and corporate culture construction.
  4. Information Follow-up & Feedback: Track the internal communication and implementation progress of the chairman’s concepts, collect relevant feedback and report to the chairman in a timely manner, and help turn ideas into practical work actions.
Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in Chinese Language, Philosophy, Management, Secretarial Science and other related fields are preferred; candidates with relevant copywriting experience are given priority.
  2. Possess solid writing skills and strong comprehension ability, capable of quickly capturing core ideas, proficient in converting oral expressions into precise and concise written texts, and good at sorting out and refining complicated concepts.
  3. Excellent listening and note-taking skills, quick-witted, able to work under high-intensity and fast-paced working conditions, and strictly abide by confidentiality agreements.
  4. Familiar with corporate management, strategic planning and other relevant professional knowledge, with basic understanding of industry trends to better comprehend the connotation of the chairman’s thoughts.
  5. Meticulous working attitude and strong sense of responsibility, equipped with good communication skills and team spirit, proficient in office software including Word, Excel, PPT and other related tools.
