RF Engineer

Conduct schematic and detailed hardware design for new products, including component selection and certification, hardware scheme formulation, schematic design, etc.
Build and debug new product prototypes to ensure their output meets requirements.
Provide new product knowledge and technical training & support for business and marketing technical support teams.

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in electromagnetic field, communication engineering, electronic science and technology, radio or related engineering fields.
Experience in wireless communication product projects is preferred.

Deeply understand the company’s strategy, and assist in formulating medium and long-term development plans and strategies based on it.
Assist in collecting and sorting out industry trends, market information and competitor materials, supporting the team in basic analysis and report writing.
Participate in sorting out and maintaining internal product and supplier information, and help enrich the basic database of the product pool.
Track cutting-edge technologies and market trends in the industry, coordinate resources from all parties to promote effective business operation, and align the whole process of products from demand, planning, project approval to launch.

Thoroughly study and understand corporate strategy and objectives, learn OKR working method and mainline thinking, formulate and implement Amazon new product strategies and plans.
Formulate and implement methodologies and strategies for new product development; analyze data, insight into user needs, summarize selling points combined with resources to form schemes, establish a product life cycle management system to maximize the success of product definition.
Decompose strategies, layout product lines, build core innovation barriers, grasp the initiative for future market changes, adhere to long-termism and realize sustainable development of product lines.
Integrate and allocate product supply chain resources, seek reliable supply chain resources, establish close and good partnerships with suppliers to ensure long-term and reliable product supply.
Provide product and technical support for the long-term operation of e-commerce platforms: conduct product training and technical support for operators, closely monitor market feedback of products to ensure product market success.

Proactively contact customers via internal messages, after-sales emails, Facebook, APP, telephone and other channels to provide timely and effective support and services.
Identify customer issues and demands in a timely manner, respond promptly and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and avoid or eliminate negative impacts.
