Senior Recruitment Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Understand the company’s vision and mission, thoroughly study and understand all business modules, and establish corresponding talent models.
  2. Implement formulated recruitment plans and strategies to ensure smooth execution.
  3. Clarify recruitment requirements, publish job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, receive candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
  4. Conduct background checks on candidates, issue offer letters, provide onboarding support, and offer follow-up guidance until new hires are fully competent.
Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields are preferred.
  2. At least 1 year of recruitment experience, familiar with full recruitment processes and able to use various recruitment tools.
  3. Excellent professionalism, strong execution, data analysis and summarization skills, with high resilience under pressure.
  4. Experience in recruiting for cross-border e-commerce positions is preferred.
