Senior Recruitment Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the company’s vision and mission, thoroughly study and understand all business modules, and establish corresponding talent models.
- Implement formulated recruitment plans and strategies to ensure smooth execution.
- Clarify recruitment requirements, publish job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, receive candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
- Conduct background checks on candidates, issue offer letters, provide onboarding support, and offer follow-up guidance until new hires are fully competent.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields are preferred.
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience, familiar with full recruitment processes and able to use various recruitment tools.
- Excellent professionalism, strong execution, data analysis and summarization skills, with high resilience under pressure.
- Experience in recruiting for cross-border e-commerce positions is preferred.
