Deeply understand the company’s strategy, and assist in formulating medium and long-term development plans and strategies based on it.
Assist in collecting and sorting out industry trends, market information and competitor materials, supporting the team in basic analysis and report writing.
Participate in sorting out and maintaining internal product and supplier information, and help enrich the basic database of the product pool.
Track cutting-edge technologies and market trends in the industry, coordinate resources from all parties to promote effective business operation, and align the whole process of products from demand, planning, project approval to launch.

Bachelor’s degree or above, major is not limited; science, engineering and management majors are preferred.
Experience in conducting in-depth research from 0 to 1, analyzing problems and providing solutions is preferred.
Strong user thinking, overall perspective and logical thinking ability, good data analysis ability, good at grasping the essence and solving problems from the root.
Strong communication, coordination, influence and promotion capabilities.

Customer Development & Maintenance: Explore and maintain new customers, nurture long-term relationships with existing clients and identify their potential needs. Source prospective customers through multiple channels, build and expand customer network, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and ensure sustained cooperation with clients.
Sales Target Achievement: Formulate sales plans and strategies to accomplish assigned sales tasks and performance goals. Analyze market trends and competitors' activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Market Information Collection: Gather market intelligence and customer requirements to provide data support for product R&D and marketing campaigns.
Sales Plan Execution: Implement sales plans and strategies formulated by department manager, achieve sales targets and ensure excellent delivery performance.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Fulfill other duties assigned by management.

Thought Recording & Sorting: Fully attend meetings, important talks, strategic seminars and other activities hosted by the chairman. Accurately record the core viewpoints, methodologies, strategic ideas, management philosophies and decision-making directions delivered by the chairman. Sort out standardized written documents such as meeting minutes and thought summaries timely after meetings to ensure complete content, clear logic and faithful presentation of the chairman’s intentions. Continuously update relevant methodologies mentioned in meetings into PPTs and documents, and finally compile them into books.
Document Drafting & Refinement: Draft or assist in drafting speeches, strategic plan drafts, internal promotion materials and other documents in accordance with the chairman’s ideas and instructions. Systematize and organize core viewpoints for easy understanding and internal dissemination.
Thought Filing & Management: Establish and maintain archives of the chairman’s ideas and important remarks, classify and sort them by theme, time and other dimensions for easy inquiry and reference, so as to provide solid support for corporate strategy implementation and corporate culture construction.
Information Follow-up & Feedback: Track the internal communication and implementation progress of the chairman’s concepts, collect relevant feedback and report to the chairman in a timely manner, and help turn ideas into practical work actions.
