Recruitment Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly study and understand all business modules of the company, and establish corresponding talent models.
- Implement recruitment plans and strategies formulated by the team leader.
- Clarify recruitment requirements, publish job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, receive candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
- Conduct background checks on candidates, issue offer letters, provide onboarding support, and offer follow-up guidance until new hires are fully competent.
- Maintain recruitment channels and collect, summarize and analyze recruitment data.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 2 years of professional recruitment experience; experience in overseas recruitment or cross-border e-commerce recruitment is preferred.
- Strong execution, data analysis and summarization skills, with excellent ability to work under pressure.
