Recruitment Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Thoroughly study and understand all business modules of the company, and establish corresponding talent models.
  2. Implement recruitment plans and strategies formulated by the team leader.
  3. Clarify recruitment requirements, publish job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, receive candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
  4. Conduct background checks on candidates, issue offer letters, provide onboarding support, and offer follow-up guidance until new hires are fully competent.
  5. Maintain recruitment channels and collect, summarize and analyze recruitment data.
Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
  2. At least 2 years of professional recruitment experience; experience in overseas recruitment or cross-border e-commerce recruitment is preferred.
  3. Strong execution, data analysis and summarization skills, with excellent ability to work under pressure.
