Be responsible for the development of Android client applications for company products.
Participate in the design and development of basic libraries for Android clients.
Undertake technical training for Android development team members.

Have over 3 years of professional Android development experience.
Solid mastery of Java language with good programming habits.
Possess practical experience in video processing related to security cameras, video doorbells, smart home devices and other similar products.
Proficient in Android SDK and capable of independently developing Android applications.
Familiar with Android UI, network and database frameworks.
Skilled in Android debugging tools and methods to solve various complex technical problems.
Master common data structures and algorithms, as well as mainstream design patterns.
Have in-depth knowledge of Android Framework, and fully understand system mechanisms including application management, process management and memory management.
Familiar with Kotlin. Candidates with experience in app performance optimization, memory leak troubleshooting, ANR troubleshooting, code obfuscation, unit testing and stress testing are preferred.

Decompose strategies, layout product lines, build core innovation barriers, grasp the initiative for future market changes, adhere to long-termism and realize sustainable development of product lines.
Integrate and allocate product supply chain resources, seek reliable supply chain resources, establish close and good partnerships with suppliers to ensure long-term and reliable product supply.
Provide product and technical support for the long-term operation of e-commerce platforms: conduct product training and technical support for operators, closely monitor market feedback of products to ensure product market success.

Product planning and strategy: Conduct market research and competitive product analysis, formulate IoT product planning and roadmap according to corporate strategy, and define the long-term development direction of products.
Demand management and analysis: Collect, sort out and analyze internal and external demands, translate them into detailed product requirement documents to ensure the accuracy and integrity of demands.
Product design and development: Lead the design and development of IoT products, cooperate closely with R&D, design and other teams to ensure that product functions, performance and user experience meet expectations.
Project management and promotion: Formulate project plans, coordinate resources, track project progress, timely solve problems and risks in projects to ensure on-time product delivery.
Team management and collaboration: Lead the product team, assign tasks, conduct performance evaluation and team building to improve overall team capability and work efficiency.
Product launch and operation: Formulate product launch plans, coordinate relevant departments for product deployment and promotion, collect user feedback and continuously optimize products.
Market and customer relationship maintenance: Keep an eye on market trends and changes in customer needs, adjust product strategies timely to enhance product market competitiveness and maintain good customer relationships.
