Organization Planning Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the strategy team leader in formulating and improving the company’s organizational strategy, supervise and promote human resources organization development and operation to support business objectives and long-term growth.

  1. Supervise the implementation of organizational strategy and adjust the organizational structure to align with strategic changes and market trends.
  2. Develop organization planning schemes based on business needs and human resources status, including position setup, staffing, responsibility division and organizational structure design, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic goals.
  3. Conduct job analysis and evaluation, formulate job descriptions, requirements and key performance indicators.
  4. Analyze current employee conditions and develop human resources demand plans including recruitment, training and performance management to support HR decision-making.
  5. Supervise the implementation of organization plans and promote relevant departments to complete organizational construction.
  6. Collect and analyze HR data, generate management reports, evaluate human resources status and support strategic decision-making.
  7. Other tasks assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements:
  1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above; experience in organization planning or talent management is preferred.
  2. Familiar with organizational structure design and human resources management processes.
  3. Strong organizational and coordination skills, able to effectively manage recruitment and HR management processes.
