Job Responsibilities:
Assist the strategy team leader in formulating and improving the company’s organizational strategy, supervise and promote human resources organization development and operation to support business objectives and long-term growth.
- Supervise the implementation of organizational strategy and adjust the organizational structure to align with strategic changes and market trends.
- Develop organization planning schemes based on business needs and human resources status, including position setup, staffing, responsibility division and organizational structure design, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic goals.
- Conduct job analysis and evaluation, formulate job descriptions, requirements and key performance indicators.
- Analyze current employee conditions and develop human resources demand plans including recruitment, training and performance management to support HR decision-making.
- Supervise the implementation of organization plans and promote relevant departments to complete organizational construction.
- Collect and analyze HR data, generate management reports, evaluate human resources status and support strategic decision-making.
- Other tasks assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements:
- Full-time bachelor’s degree or above; experience in organization planning or talent management is preferred.
- Familiar with organizational structure design and human resources management processes.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, able to effectively manage recruitment and HR management processes.
